You can cancel your booking at any time, however there will be cancellation charge of 100% of your booking total if cancellation occurs within one month of your booking.

Please note your £50 booking fee paid to reserve your dogs stay at Longmeadow Pet Hotel Ltd is non refundable or transferable in the result of a cancellation.

Have you taken out Holiday Insurance?

We strongly recommend obtaining holiday insurance to cover any unforeseen cancellations or changes to your booking.

With travel plans feeling a little uncertain we just wanted to remind everyone to consider taking out holiday insurance when booking your trips.

We recommend ensuring your policy includes cover for boarding kennel fees, in case your holiday is cancelled, delayed, or cut short unexpectedly.

When you book with us, we reserve dedicated space and staffing for your dog. This means that last minute cancellations can be very difficult to refill, and the loss of that booking has a real impact on our small business.

Having the correct insurance protects you from losing out financially, while also allowing us to continue providing the high standard of care we pride ourselves on.
