At Longmeadow Pet Hotel Ltd, we understand how important your holiday plans are, and we are committed to providing the highest standard of care for your dog while you are away.
When you make a booking with us, we reserve dedicated accommodation and allocate staffing specifically for your dog’s stay.
This means that once your booking is confirmed, that space is no longer available to other clients.
Due to the ongoing uncertainty surrounding travel, we strongly recommend that all clients take out comprehensive holiday insurance at the time of booking their trip. It is important that your policy includes cover for boarding kennel fees in the event that your holiday is cancelled, delayed, or cut short.
As a small, independent business, last-minute cancellations can be very difficult to refill. The loss of these bookings has a direct financial impact, as staffing and operational costs remain in place regardless of changes to your travel plans.
For this reason, all bookings are subject to our cancellation policy, and refunds cannot be provided within the specified cancellation period. We encourage all clients to carefully review both their travel insurance policy and our terms and conditions before confirming their booking.
